Cutting Cheeze
(Transmutation) (air)
Spell level: Wis/Sor 3, Trickery 2
Components: S, V, M
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: Med (100 feet +10 feet/level)
Target: 3 targets per level
Duration: 1D6 rds +2 rds/level
Saving Throw: Fort (negates)
Spell Resistance: Yes
This spell causes the victims to "Cut the Cheeze". "Cutting the Cheeze" has 3 effects:
1) This causes a the victim to make a loud, juicey, long noise every 1D4 rds
2) When ever the first effect happens it is joined with the folowing: a very bad smell. This smell causes everyone within a radius of 10 feet times caster level to make a Fort save (DC = spell save) or gag; recive a -5 on all further skill checks, saves and attack roles; and loose all sence of smell. If the save is missed by 5 or more that person/monster becomes disoriented as if by the Stun spell.
3) Any creature with a strong sence of smell becomes very offended by the stench and seeks to destroy (or flee form) the smell.

Material components: Beans and a peice of old cheeze that is cut uppon casting.

 ! Good one. Very funny. Although for a -5 penalty you might want to up the level, Bestow Curse is level 4 spell and only adds a -4 penalty.

Bestow curse (if I am not mistaken) has a longer duration.

And you have a lower spell level. To balance it you need a lower duration. Bestow curse is level 4. You made this 3. If "rds" is meant to be rounds then it makes sense, that is a much lower duration.

Rds always means rounds! B)

Then its highly limited with a short duration and it works. Its the whole give and take thing, balancing the spell out. Higher damage, lower spell level, MUCH lower duration balances it out. :ok:
