History:
Phillip was born blind, but his ears worked just fine. Raised in an inner city orphanage phillip found he had a knack for hearing things he wasn't supposed to and finding people willing to pay for that information. He bought cybereyes when he was about 15 but found he actually didn't like people knowing he could see. Phillip heard about the echolocation processor and decided to try it out instead of his original cybereyes. The new system works well for phillip, cosmetically he looks and acts blind, however due to the echolocation system he knows where people are and what is going on. In combat (something he tries very hard to avoid) Phillip (or "Eyes" as he has come to be known) tries to remove his opponent's ability to see and manuever there by giving them his original weaknesses.
At age 18 he made friends with a former rival in order to stop a corperation from taking over both fixer's territory. This put them in direct conflict with Hugo Cavins for the first time. Together Jenny and Phillip stopped Hugo's plans for the area and prevented Hugo's rise in the company too. This has lead Mr. Cavins to continually try and extract revenge on Both Jenny and Phillip. Hugo has killed one of Phillip's lovers, Alice. This has cause Phillip to seek Hugo's death whenever he can.
