This ring appears to be a very normal diamond ring with a huge diamond 20,000 gp value sit on it, this ring is however very cursed, when it is placed on a finger and the command words, "Will you marry me" spoken, the ring will poison the wearers mind, they will of course say yes to the question and then will do everything in their power to make the person who placed the ring on their fingers, life hell. They will nag them about every little thing, they will start arguments over everything, will change their minds continuously, and anything else they can think of to make the others wish they had never met them. This ring can only be removed through casting of a divorce spell, however the curse will still be present and maybe more so, the only known cure is through a miracle spell being cast at which point the diamond will explode dealing 8D8 damage to all within 20 feet.
