History:
Billy "Goat" Mcgruff was raised by his rich uncle that owned an actually farm. Becuase of this Billy got the best education he could and got to go to medical school. After his Uncle died of a heart attack Billy went on a 2 year drunken bender during which he blew most of his inheritance (corps had already bought up the farm through rather illegal means). One night when leaving a bar Billy pissed on and knocked down a booster gang leader's bike. The gang was going to kill Billy but his bravado and sheer comic ability saw the night end with Billy dancing with the leaders girlfriend on top of a lone star car with the gang howling in laughter at the sight. The gang (the comets) decided Billy was an honorary member and they are still friends. After the night with the gang, Billy landed in jail and had to do community service, which turned out to be working for a slums med center. Billy liked the work kept the job after his service was over and made a friend in Matthew, a coworker at the clinic. At age 22 Billy saved the Comets leader life after a fight got out of hand cementing their friendship more. Billy is currently dating a Cop he met during his community service but she keeps getting upset becuase of Billy's connections to the rougher element through his job, and the fact that he won't inform for her.
