Dimensional Astrologist
The Dimensional Astrologist studies the interconnection of the planes and the way magic flows and changes as it moves from plane to plane. Through this study they figure out how to tap different aspects of that magic and work it on the prime material plane, or where ever less they may happen to travel. This study tends to focus on specific planes and Zodiac Signs and has major impact on the spells a Dimensional Astrologist can cast. All Dimensional Astrologist have the same base list of spells composed mainly of divinations, for better observing events, and conjuration from their dimensional studies. As they advance they "tune in" to different planes and learn more magical secrets from these planes, in the form of new magical spells. Also a Dimensional Astrologist tunes into a Zodiac Sign which gives them more and more abilities as the Astrologist learns more about it. Dimensional Astrologist are arcane casters, and while they need a spell book and memorization the same way a wizard does they can sacrifice spells memorized for spells they have learned from "tuning in" to a plane offering a bit more versatility. Most of a Dimensional Astrologists base spell list comes from the Divination, Conjuration, and Abjuration schools which leaves them lacking in offensive firepower. However this can be made up some with the choices they make for their planar attunement. One Oddity about A Dimensional Astrologist is the fact they gain bonus spells from their Wisdom score rather from Intelligence or Charisma. This is because of the large amounts intuition and willpower required to wrest secrets from the multi-verse. Spell casting however is from Intelligence and Intelligence affects the level and power of spell an Astrologist can cast (both spell level and DC for save throws).

Planar Alignment -- A Dimensional Astrologist can align himself with different planes drawing energy and concepts from the planes placement in the cosmos to cast spells with themes related to that plane. A Dimensional Astrologist starts with 2 planar alignments and can only choose Inner Planes at first level. At ninth level a Dimensional Astrologist can choose from the outer planes as well as the inner planes. He can also reassign one of his planar alignments at ninth level and again at eightteenth level. A Dimensional Astrologist may choose any outer plane for his planar alignment no matter his alignment though some spells from different planes can affect his alignment as normal if cast.
Zodiac Alignment -- At first level a Dimensional Astrologist chooses one of the signs of the zodiac as his own. Once choosen this choice can not be undone. A Dimensional Astrologist gains a bonus class skill based on his Zodiac sign. At higher levels he gains additional abilities from his Zodiac sign.
