The caster curses the target creature with a strange curse. The affected creature is surrounded by a strange field attuned to crystal and glass wavelengths. All crystal/ glass withing 10 ft shatters sending shards towards the individual, anyone in the area takes 2d8 points of piercing damage (ref save for half). Magic Glass/Crystal gets a one time save vs this power per cursed individual.
