Benefits: You have increased potence when casting any Arcane Spell which is has an increased DC according to your CHA modifier.

Special: The spell used in this fashion takes aup a sell slot 1 level higher than normal.

Ooooh, I dunno about this one Barrok, seems a little unbalanced. I like the concept, but note the Spell Focus feats, each which add a +1. This could give a bonus anywhere between -2 and +4, depending on the caster (and beyond that if beyond 3rd level). Might want to up the prerequisites somehow. I personally could see this as a class ability for Draconic Sorcerers, which is indeed a prestige class (basically a toned down version of dragon disciple, instead of turning into a dragon, you gain magical boosts and draconic abilities). I don't have a copy of the class, but I might be able to reconstruct it, or better yet if you have time you might want to give it a shot. Anyway, good job with the concept.
