The caster can touch 1 creature per three caster levels after casting the spell. The recipient creature's skin becomes diamond encrusted giving the creature a +1 per level (max +15) Natural Armour Bonus, impervious to fear spells and +4 Str. The diamonds dissappear if purposefully chipped off or the duration expires.

Hmmm just for flavor and compatability I might up the cost just a bit. I know lots of other level 5 spells have material components at least 500gp, and this looks like one of those "expensive" spells. I really like the concept behind it, interesting. Statewise its a mix of Barkskin and Bullstrength which are level 2s I believe. I've don't know a lot of touch spells affecting more than one person other than with metamagic, this transmutation might do better adding more natural armor per level rather than more targets. (like +1 per level max 15 at 15th level or something like that). Overall, great job.
