This black bowler hat has in the trim an embedded band of hardened steel shaped into a very nasty circular saw blade. In the centre part of the hat is a uranium powered small motor and targeting computer. When the hat is taken off and thrown the saw blade inches out of the brim and the targeting computer takes over as it flies towards what ever traitor it sees. Though in practice the hat revolves with the bot brain and it makes it very dizzy indeed. R&D have reported field tests where when the hat had been throw towards a crowd the hat many times sliced into everyone including going back and finishing off the thrower just in case. Once the hat truly malfunctioned and it became a tac nuke which followed the wearer around counting down sporadically from 100 to 1 randomly.. then exploding on 36...
