A Black or White ray springs from your outstretched hand. You must make a ranged touch attack to hit the target. Any creature or object struck by the ray is covered with a shimmering onyx or diamond field that completely blocks extradimensional travel. Forms of movement barred by a Spirt Anchor includes astral projection, blink, dimension door, etheral jaunt, etheralness, gate, maze, plane shift, shadow walk, telepoert, and similar spell-like or psionic abilities. The spell also prevents the use of gate of teleportation circle for the duration of the spell.
A Spirt Anchor does not interfere with the movement of creatures already in etheral. Spirt Anchor Prevents inerferes with the movement of creatures already in astral form when the spell is cast, and does block extradimensionial perception or attackforms such as a basilisk's gaze. Spirt Anchor also prevents summoned creatures from disappearing at the end of a summoning spell.
This spell is alot like Dimensional Anchor just with some changes in the words.
