Empower Gem [ Item Creation Feat ]
You can create empower all those gems you find in the dungeons with powerful magic.
Prerequisite:Caster level 9th, Ability to cast Leomund's Secret Chest, Scribe Scroll
Benefit: You can empower a gem with a spell of any 5th-level or lower spell that you know or can cast from a scroll. Empowering a Gem takes a day for every 1,000 gp in base price. The base price of an empowered gem is its caster level x worth of gem used. To craft an empowered gem, you must spend 1/25 of this base price in XP and and have a gem in which to empower. An empowered gem is a one use item which is used by shattering the gem which makes it lose it's value and also casts the stored spell.
Every empowered gem is has a spell stored in it with a costly material component or an XP cost also carries a commensurate cost.

it's kind of related to the spell soul trap from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
just not with all the coplicated stuff.

I just got the idea of the gems and spells storing so it's kind a special feat
