Duration: 5 rounds + 1 round per level
Saving Throw: Will (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

When this spell is cast, the subjects body is covered with a layer of rotting muscle and warped sinew laced with bone chips.

It confers the following abilities:
+4 natural armor bonus.
Immunity to natural disease, +4 enhancement bonuses to save against magical disease and poison.
+2 enhancement bonus to intimidation Checks and a +2 enhancement bonus to the DC of any spell with the Fear descriptor cast by the subject.
A number of temporary HPs equal to the caster's level.

Interesting, but I think it can be better:

Technical stuff:
Change range to touch.
Increase duration to 5 rounds + 1 round per level.
Save: Harmless (Will)
SR: Harmless (Yes) <I think that is the proper format>

Suggest adding an other options for the material component, what about wight bone or mummy wrappings?
