This area has been developed slightly and is mostly wilderness. The whitish/grey area that is on the coast is hundreds of miles of white sand dunes and desert with a small range of mountains just to the east of it.
The eastern vibrant green area is lowland swamp - patterned after the everglades and the non-jungle amazon. It is home to all sorts of swampy stuff; blackscale lizardfolk have an empire in here and are the dominant power in the swamp.
The foothill mountain ranges and the canyons between are are the southern side of the mountains that are south of Sentinel's Shadow (previous map post) and the dominant force here are gnolls and monstrous humanoids. There is a large gnoll city of over 50,000 gnolls sheltered within one of the canyons.
I only have this area pin labeled on my wall, sorry no digital marked up file yet. I prefer more physical methods and due to my job with a newspaper I have a large oversize printer and have printed several wall size posters for this stuff covered in pins and sharpie notes.
