Finally an item perfect for Arctic evasion or evasion in the arctic. These wooden skis lovingly crafted and inscribed with draconic runes of power. On command the wearer can leave a think plume of fog behind them whilst skiing, making all those behind them have there visibility impaired, even lowlight and dark vision will not function through the fog. All people in the fog are at a -2 penalty, the fog generated is 100ft*100ft*20ft and lasts for 2d10 rounds before it dissipates. 3/day
