A black satin hood with two eye holes is the normal garb of executioners, but Kandral the High Executioner commissioned the first construction of this magic item. The only visible marking what the magical hood has from its normal bretheran is that it has a silver symbol in Draconic on the back - DEATH.

Increasing the critical multiplier of weapon by 1 for 5 consecutive rounds. 3/day
