All the way, using the spells that aren't in the Phb is fun.

I've gone with the Complete Adventurer. It has really developed a lot more of the skill using classes. I especially like the druid based Master of Many Forms which as a DM would restrict so many player from using... its just to nice. I also liked the variety of feats based around sneak attack, making the rogue, ninja, scout class more flavoursome.

..I guess the last point is most RPers love the fact they can play a ninja at some point or another. Though I remember it from Oriental Adventures 1st edition where it was really different and the classes used a strange honour system.

Complete mage. Warlocks might be fun, but the researve feats make them pretty much obsolete. I love the reserve feats, and always thought there should be at-will abilities for mighty mages from the very begining.

Ouch only one? Hmm.... Guess I'll have to go with Complete mage, just too much fun in that book. Abjurant Champion, that class is disgustingly good, and I must say I like it entirely too much, and tend to mix it in on anything, it's like salt for arcane magic users. Over cooked? Abjurant Champion. A little old? Abjurant Champion. Too Bland? Abjurant Champion.

Complete Warrior: you don't really know how to fight with a Dwarf War Axe until you are an Exotic Weapon Master! I also highly reccomend the Feats section.

Complete Adventurer...it has...cool stuff and lots of flavor! Also, it is a book useful for all classes...

Though...Complete Mage comes a close second, because it has lots of really cool options for wizards and sorcerers (like the reserve feats, a must-have for spellcasters)!

Complete arcane for me, normally I'd vote for complete warrior for Frenzied beserker and bear warrior. But since my barbarian died, my wizard has been fruitfully benefitting from all the lovely spells, feats and tips from Complete Arcane.

Agreeing with this post. Complete Adventurer was also my choice.

Complete Warrior. But more for the divine feats that make clerics (and to some extent, Paladins) even better.

I also happen to be a fan of the Kensai prestige class.

I chose the Complete Warrior for the feats and because of several the PrC, but I also enjoy Complete Adventurer just as much.

I choose complete adventurer, I find myself using the feats from it in all types of classes I play.

With my gaming group, I think complete warrior saw the most use. It had a lot of feats that crossed lines into other classes. A lot of the other books did not offer the overall flexibility that Complete Warrior did. Complete Adventurer came close but because Complete Warrior tackled a lot of feat issues as the first complete book it solved some holes in the feats in 3.5.

I love Complete Psionic, if only for the Lurk.
