Gauntlets Of The Chains
These simple black chain link gauntlets glisten menacingly. When the wearer fully comprehends the power of these then thay can be utilised. On command the wearer can shoot out a clawed chain 10' on an attck action, if the wearer makes a ranged touch attack on a target then a hook slices deeply into them. The wearer can then pull them in. It inflicts 1d6 slashing damage + 1d6 if the targets combined armor and natural armor bonuses are +3 or less. The chain reels itself in over the course of a round whether it hits or not with an effective STR 25, whilst the target is being reeled in they are at -4 to all actions and the chain cannot be broken.3/day

But the attack inflicts no damage on someone wearing armor? What about making it inflict 1d6 slashing damage + 1d6 if the targets combined armor and natural armor bonuses are +3 or less? (A little complicated, but not open to argument over what 'armored' means.)

What sort of action is it to reel someone in? Can the chain be cut? Or the blades pulled out? What penalties are the 'hooked' person at?

You say the chain has an effective strength of 25-I would assume the target can attempt to resist the pull? You might want to state that clearly in the description. Also, I would have the ability to disengage the glove's chain to avoid negative consquences (much like a trip attempt with a whip or whatnot). This are very useful, I like them.
