Epic Spell - Need Help - Mountain Seed

I am not that good at creating epic spells and wondered if anyone could give me a hand. I have an idea where the caster creates a small pebble with this spell which when planted in the earth after an hour cause a mountain too erupt from the ground, growing 50ft per round (exact height being 50ft per level of caster)

The mountain is counted as instantaneous though can be dispe4lled whilst it is still growing.. only when it as full height can it no longer be dispelled.

To Develop: 2,430,000 gp; 49 days; 97,200 XP. Seed: Conjure (DC 21), Factors: Change area to 50ft cone (+3 DC) Change volume to level dependant (+25 DC), Change duration to instantaneous (DC: X 10) Mitigating Factor: Burn 20,000 xp (-200 DC) Increase casting time by 10 minutes (-20 DC)

The caster creates a small pebble with this spell. When planted and left in the earth for an hour the pebble will suddenly grow into a miniature mountain. The pebble grows at a rate of 50ft per reound, for (caster level) rounds. The pebble/mountain can only be dispelled before if is finished growing. When it is at full height can it no longer be dispelled, as it is real and no longer magical.
