Sheeps in Wolf's Clothing help

I was wondering if anyone statted out this creature for 3.x as it was a weird one from 1st edition.. I am also looking for Boulders - as in the creature restat.. not the town or a big rock.

How about Mud Men from the original Fiend Folio - sort of para-elemental beings that instead of doing damage would sling mud at you to reduce your movement - if you r movement hit 0" then you were counted as dead.. I think dead.. or immovable.. I would go with dead though. I may try to stat these weird guys up for the Mountain Competition later (with a hefty rewrite).
