Barrok's Stalagtite Rain

From the heavens a deluge of rocky spikes fell upon the two paladins and their mounts. The wails of the horses and men as the area became awash with blood and gore made it hard for Barrok to surpress a smile.
All within the are must make a reflex save for half damage or take the full 1d6 peircing damage per caster level (max 20d6). Anyone failing their save are also slowed for 1d4 rounds after taking the damage. The spell leaves in the area quite a lot of rock and anyone in the area or crossing it is happered as if they were in Dense Rubble (DMG pg90).
