Target: 2 creatures which must be holding hands
Duration: 1 day per level or until discharged
Saving Throw: no
Spell Resistance: no
This is like Bound by Love (http://barroks-tower.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=5963), but the teleportation effect can bridge planar boundaries, there can be upto three predermined triggers for the effect not including the HP being reduced to 10%. Though the down side ids that damage suffered from falling out of love or the partner dying is 20d6.
