To have any affect the target must have CHA16+ otherwise they simply don't have the looks to be affected.
It casts the target into an eternal slumber( Fort. DC21), during this coma like sleep there's no affect of old age.
Unfortunately the only way to awake the subject is from a kiss from their true love, or by a loving prince. Or by a Wish or miricale
