The two blades lash out from either side of th door, apparently readied by the smash Tharwin sounded.
Att1: 1d20+5= 18

Att: 9
The blade swings wildly, clanging against the door frame with a shrill metallic shrieking. The gaping mouth looks towards the party, the empty eye sockets sending a chill down your spines. they appear to once have been Elven...

The second skeleton falls back in a defensive position, as the first one is blocking the door. It readies an action, setting itself to charge the moment it senses an opportunity.
Narson moves quickly, past his new found allies and touches Tharwin, concentrating rather strongly.
Concentration - 17
He casts a spell on Tharwin, curing him of his ailments
CLW - 11
DM Note: you failed to stabilize as it is a 10 percent chance, you lost one more hit point, placing you at -3, but now you are healed to 8 thanks to the bard.
The skeleton sees this miracle and swings towards the bard, hoping to keep him from doing it again
Att: 7
The blade doesn't even come close to the gnome as it bites into the cold brick of the floor.

With the large wound still very present in my side, my senses quickly attune to what happened. With a quick nod to Narson I jump to my feet and strike forwards at the undead foe that almost felled me.

I take aim once again with my crossbow, letting a shot go at the skeleton in the doorway.
OOC:
Attack: 1d20+3=15 (http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1477566/)
The shot merely bounces off the armor of the skeleton.

The second skeleton moves a little closer, hoping to get a shot at the bard, but to no avail, it stands ready. Narson, who raises his eyebrow at the deftly dodged blow, He withdraws to the back, and begins reciting a tale of a small group of heroes who fought against Death itself, and won. Everyone now feels a little more inspired to do battle.
The first skeleton swings at the paladin who tried to smack it, but its blade falls short, striking harmlessly, though loudly, against the wall to her left.

Shaking off my light head, I concentrate on striking the skeleton on the more vital bones. I strike forward first at its jaw then palm forward straight onto the sternum. As I strike I feel invigorated by Narsons rallying melodic words and I throw my weight more into the swing.

The second skeleton charges towards Soolee, blade held high, getting closer...closer... When it catches a skeletal toe on a small, but wide, crack on the floor, and falls flat on its bony palate. Narson continues to belt out the story, adding the fear the skeletons felt as their doom was nigh, and how their bones rattled.

you will let me know if Soolee breaks her toe.

Soolee knows from her training that edged weapons don't do much against bone or other hard things. The filly steadies herself and then kicks the skeklton laying before her hard with her right hard booted foot hoping to break a bone that is not hers.

considered an unarmed strike, so 1d20 + str. plus 4 for his being prone, damage 1d6 + str modifier, though technically it is non lethal, I will allow it lethal, and you can always use your smite for the day, adding your Cha to hit and an additional point of damage..

The bolt ruptures the skull of the lying skeleton, splintering into small pieces as the rest of the corpse goes limp.
