I recently dug up those two when I perused my old rpg book collection, and realized I never really got to run them. So I figured I'd try them out here.

Characters would be planars or at least primes who have been planewalking for a bit. The game starts in Sigil with the first chapter found in The Great Modron March. If interest persists I'll switch back and forth between that one and Tales. I don't mind if certain players have already played chapters in either, but I'd appreciate it if those who own them, do not join.

'Nuff said! Questions?

Oh, of course

Character gen specifics
ECL: 5, 1000 xp
PB: 32
Starting gold: as 5th level
Any source material that exists; yup, including funky stuff like Incarnum or non-WotC materials. Online material is also ok as long as it is balanced, and stems from either BT or T3. No Pun-Puns or Omnificers (?), though... goes without saying.

I wont really be able to start this before the 14th of Dec, since I have finals week coming up, but I figured I'd post an interest check now; just to see if there is any... :seek:

I'm interested. Hey, it might even get my creativity running again. Haven't thought up any resources in so long I'm starting to wonder if I've lost the ability to. :?:

I've never played a Planescape game, so I'd be interested to see what it's like

I'm down for that, only question I got is where you wrote 5th level, 1000 Xp, is that 1000 Xp on top of what an ECL 5 has, or for whatever reason we only have 1000 Xp. Other than that let me know when you want characters by.

I presume its a typo, he probably meant 10,000xp, which is standard for 5th Level.

Planescape games are great, not least because you have the excuse to go anywhere - its all about jumping through portals into places unknown.

Great... Now I have to play a bard..... I just can't resist jumping into portals to places unknown.... How are stats to be determined?

He is using a 32 point buy to determine stats.

cool, all I need to know now is how much Dreamhide armor costs, since I don't have the book it is in.

I presume you are talking about the one from the Eberron book Secrets of Xen'drik?

If so, Dreamhide Armor costs 700 gp.

Huh!?! 3 months after posting this add I get actual replies.

Hmmm... it looks like this site is actually getting more active. Lemme think about it a couple of days, I have some campaign ideas, for Planescape, Dark Sun, and some Homebrewn stuff that I might run at some point in time.
