Here is the basic rules for character creation (if you have any questions, please feel free to post them).
1. You may play any of the following races:
Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Halfling, Orc, Kobold
2. All stats start at 15 instead of rolling (you guys will be legends after all) and you may trade 2 points from one stat for 1 point in another, though you may not exceed the maximum stat base including modifier (which is a 20 in most cases, orcs have a maximum of 22 Str.)
3. You may play a sub race of any of the above races, with the exclusion of anything lending itself a level adjustment.
4. You are first level, receive maximum hit points and have maximum starting gold for your class.
5. Alignments may not be evil... in the beginning... (you could always lose yourself somewhere along the line, then I have a legendary villain to use.)
6. You may use all current books, but no Dragon Magazine articles, as they are a little broken from what I have discovered.
7. The unearthed Arcana rules are in play for traits and flaws, no more than 2 of either.
8. The only deities you are aware of are the Creator Gods, thus you must worship your races deity. (Whether you actually follow their tenets is entirely up to you)
I will be posting the NPC shortly, so you can see what I am looking for. Good luck and prepare to become Legends!
