Anchoring Weapon
As a standard action, or alternatively as a part of a full attack action as one of the attacks, the wielder of an Anchoring Weapon may make a ranged touch attack against a single opponent.
The action is executed as a stab towards the opponent, and a ghostly replica of the weapon, bound hilt-to-hilt to the original weapon by an illusory chain, flies at the opponent.
If the touch attack hits, the ghostly weapon imbeds itself into the opponent, remaining there until released by the wielder.
During this time the opponent acts as if under the influence of a Dimensional Anchor spell.
The wielder may anchor one opponent per +1 enchantment of the weapon at any given time.
Moderate Abjuration; CL 10th; Craft Magic Arms and Armour, Dimensional Anchor; Price +2 bonus.
