Physical Description: Jeffs is average height, standing a inch or so short of 6 feet, with a slender but toned frame. He is good looking, in a nondescript way, with slightly messy brown hair, large brown eyes, and a mouth that always seems to be half-smiling. He wears standard clothing for the most part, tunics and pants, although he is very rarely seen without a hat of some kind.

Jeffs' luck, as usual, had not been the best of late. A decision to avoid paying some gambling debts, either with coin or broken bones, had lead him to catch a starship to Truuk and hopefully better fortune.

This day finds him in the Seven Keys, an inn where gambling and information is easily found.
