The Crystal Ring of the Diviner

Made of flawless crstal and interwoven with strands of platinum, The Crystal Ring of the Diviner is among the most beautiful in its simplicity. Almost understated as if it truely reflected the school of magic that it represented. Noble seers have tried to scry for its location for aeons

The Crystal Ring grants the wearer the following powers

+1 Insight Bonus to Armour Class
+2 Insight Bonus to all saves
When worn the ring grants the wearer the bonus feat – Greater Spell Focus (Divination)
When worn the ring functions as if it is a Ring of Mind Shielding
1/day the ring functions as if it was a Crystal Ball (with telepathy) for upto 5 minutes .
Any spell cast from the Divination school whislt the ring is worn is counted as Heightened 4 levels (See Heighten Spell Metamagic Feat)
Spell Abilities (as 16th level caster): 3/day Arcane Eye, Tongues. 1/day True Seeing, Vision. 1/week Moment of Prescience

I don't like the quickened ability--at the very least, it should be limited to once/rd, the limit on quickened spells.

Yes but these are divination spells. They aren't that powerful (when used for combat), even when quickened, in the first place. Though I don't see a real use for quickened divination spells in the first place, unless the diviner wants to know what's coming around the corner really fast.

I do however believe any quickened ability does need to be limited, even when it's something as non-combative as looking into the future or scrying.

I must admit I would love the ring to have a certain feat added in and I am actually at a loss as what to add in with divination. I may have to look through Tome and Blood to get something a bit different and non standard.
