Necromancy [Evil]
Level: Clr 3, Sor/Wiz 4
Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: One action
Target: Self
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Fort (Partial)
Spell Resistance: Yes
The veins and blood pool in the hand of the caster as it immediately shapes into an oozing and sharp longsword. The sword itself is an extension of the caster and may never be sundered away from them. On attack the sword is counted a Keen longsword with a +1 every 5 level enchantment (Max +4), if the sword hits a target they must make a fort save or be nausiated for 1d6 rounds, if they save they are at -1 to attack rolls for 1 round. The nausiating power does not effect Constucts, Plants, Oozes, Outsiders or Undead. When the sword causes actual damage to a creature which can be effected by the nausiated power the blade transfers 1hp to the weirlder giving them a temporary hp. Temporary hitpoints in excess of the caster's regular hit point maximum fade after an hour.
When the spell finishes the blood which has made the sword falls to the floor and the caster feels weakened for 1 minute per round of the spell existing(treat as fatigued).
