Prerequisites: Skill Focus/Spot Iron, Will
Benefit: The character can sense when they are 100' of any temporal being or anomoly using a spot roll vs DC15 (Its usualy DC40 at least), also the character knows exactly what the time specific to where they are.
This has been most useful for anyone who rides the timestreams.
