this oil has the following properties. When used on a perfect conditioned item, it turns that items properties into a ruined state. For example holy water become unholy water or a weapon with a magical bonus becomes the opposite.
Should a person attempt to use the item, the part of the body in which it is rubbed on becomes in a state of it decaying or withering away. On animals the same effect occurs
