The subject will take penalties to all strength, constitution and dexterity based skill checks. This also affects fortitude and reflex saves, as well as attack and damage rolls.
The victim of this spell takes a -1 penalty to all the above rolls for every 3 levels the caster has up to a maximum of -5 at 15th level.
