The cats-eye gem set in this ring is its only prominent feature. The ring increases the wearer's movement rate by +20', which can be doubled twice a day for 1d6 rounds. When worn the wearer is totally silent unless they use the double speed boost.

Totally silent? You know the munchkins will want a bonus to their move silently skill..

Apart from that looks nice.. personally I would just say it add +10 or +20ft to base movement. This would take into account if they have other movement powers which have increased their base speed to over 40ft per round.

But then again thats a personal thing.

I do like the idea of the burst of speed.. which if you charge makes it a rediculous amount of feet in a round... reminds me of The Flash in D&D form.

I changed the movement with a bonus to base movement instead and lowered the amount of time able to double movement. Also disallowed the silence ability while using double movement power.
