After many years on the battle lines throwing darts to immobilise the enemy you have picked up a nasty trick which can only be performed by a Darter.

Prerequisities: Weapon Focus (Dart), BAB +3
Benefit: When a dart does a critical threat on a target creature they must make a Fort save vs DC13 or have one of their ligaments slashed by a dart, halving their speed for 1 day and dazing them for 1 round.

This only effects living targets (not undead, constructs etc)

Very nasty, and considerably too powerful, for a basic feat. After all, rogues have to trade sneak attack dice and have the right feat to do ability damage.

Perhaps if it was limited to only on a critical threat?

I was trying to base a feat on the parts of egyption or roman armies who had Darter, which were there to solely immobilise the heavy armed footmen..

though I guess your right I will change it as it is quite powerful in its essence.
