By means of this spell the caster is able to use elemental energy to heal himself. The caster must choose what type of elemental energy this spell effects at the casting. Once this is chosen it cannot be changed. From then on whenever the caster is affected by an elemental force he makes his save as normal. If the save is successful the caster is healed 1hp per dice of damage that would have been done. If the save is failed the caster takes half damage. While this spell is in effect the caster is more susceptible to the opposition element that he is regenerating from, taking an additional 1 point of damage per die.

(I.e. if the caster chooses fire, and then is affected by a 6 dice fireball he rolls his save. If the save is successful he gains 6hp back. If the save is failed he takes half damage.)

(I.e. if the caster chooses fire as the element to regenerate from, then cold damage will do an additional 1 point of damage per die.)
