Staff of Displacement:
This grey staff is an item of great power. It is the size of a normal quarterstaff, but weighs twice as much. On each end of the staff are wicked barbs. There are arcane summoning runes, as well as illusion runes on the staff along its length. If magic is detected for it will radiate strong summoning as well as illusion magic.
The Staff has a few powers that are quite powerful.
The caster can summon forth a tentacle from each end of the staff. These tentacles are 15 feet long and have pads with wicked barbs on them, just like those of a displacer beast and strike as +1 weapons. The Tentacles have an AC of 18 and 10hp. The tentacles will strike with the same BAB as the wielder. The tentacles do 1d6+5 damage per strike. It costs one charge per tentacle to summon and the tentacles last for 5 rounds per charge.
The Caster can use the same displacement effects as the creatures for which the staff is named. The effect is cast at 15th level and takes 2 charges.
Finally the staff can be used to cast Monster Summoning 6. The creatures summoned will always be displacer beasts (1d3). In order to control the beasts the user must make a successful Diplomacy check (DC20) or they will act according to their alignment. This costs 3 charges.

This staff was crafted by a sorceress by the name of Nightblossom. She made the staff after observing the way that the Displacer beasts in the arena fought. She was extremely impressed with the grace and agility of the creatures as well as the grievous wounds left by their tentacle attacks. When she left the arena she was able to procure the materials necessary to create the staff, as well as a displacer kit which she trained as a pet.
