Spell Resistance: Yes

The caster causes the targets creatures hands to seperate from their wristsand fly around them jiving. This gives the creature a +4 luck bonus to AC due to the flying jiving hands though the creature each round takes 1 point of CON damage due to clood loss. If the creature's COPN stat reaches 0 they die from blood loss, all abilitiy damage may be healed normally at the end of the spell. The hands at the end of the spell reattach thenmselves to the wrists.

Whislt the creatures habds are joving arounf them they cannot pick anything up needing finger dexterity, they are at -8 to all skills, - 4 to attack, any spell atte,pted with a somantic component automatically fails, any other spelll just has a 20% chance of being miscast.

For the purposes of the spell the hands cannot be harmed ot targeted by spells/ weapons in anyway due to their lightning reflexes and god like jiving ability.

Personaly I'd prefer the hands to use whatever weapons they were holding and attack the owner but still never expected a spell with the same name as an old dance to be quite this good. I'm guessing that melee weapons would be out of the question when under this spell so maybe a level higher. If it don't affect the melee weapons other than an accuracy penalty then I can't think of anything to alter it.
