The target creature suddenly starts to move their hands in a rhythmic dancing motion for the duration of the spell. During their "hand jiving" they suffer a -2 penalty to all skills and attack rolls except if it Perform (Dance) which they gain a +4 bonus due to their adept hand jive dancing. The spell also confers a 15% spell failure (stacks) upon the target creature if they are attempting to cast any spell.
