The target believes that they absolutely reek iof the most heinous smell they could imagine (this of course differs from creature to creature). They are so preoccupied with the pervading aroma that they suffer -2 to all charisma skill and Concentration checks. Even washing or trying to mask the fragrance does not affect the spell.
This spell does not affect anyone else but the target creature. It also does not affect any creature who does not have a sense of smell.

Designer's Waffle: This was created as after Christmas I know a few people who think they stink like a dead cat due to them getting so severely pickled! Many of them actually do but some are just a bit preoccupied.
