Kidnap[General, Monster]</span>
The creature has the knowledge to stabilize unconcious enemies and revive them for the purpose of kidnapping.
Prequisite: 13 int, 2+ HD, Evil
Benefit: The kidnapper can stabilize one dying creature (below 1 hp) once per day, bringing it's hp back up to 1, the target creature will then revive after 2D3 hours unconcious.
Toy Dust:
Once a day a Kibler Elf can dust off the magic from it's coat and cover anyone within five feet in toy dust, those covered must make a fort check vs 15 or they will be polymorphed into soft toy versions of themselves. In this form their Constitution becomes 0 and they lose their bonus to hp and fortitude. They become diminuitive and receive all the penalties and benefits that come with such a change, +4 Ac/Attack Bonus, - 12 Grapple, +12 hide, 10 ft movement, 2 hp, 3 Str, and a +4 to charisma because they just look SOOOOOOO cute. The items, weapons and armor they had on their person also change, however at this size and with the str penalty, weapons will only do 1 damage. The effects of Toy dust only last 1d6 days, after which the victims return to normal, Kibler Elves are immune to toy dust.
<span style="color:Azure">Gift Mimic:
On a succesful control shape check vs Dc 30 the Kibler elf can turn itself into any toy it chooses and only return to it's former shape when it so wills.
Will do an IC description eventually
