The snowman is an Elemental from the ParaElemental Plane of Ice. The snowman appears only in areas of extreme cold.

The snowman attacks with 2 fists made of ice and snow. The snowman deals d4 damage to each creature touching or being touched. Being a creature of cold, the snowman is vulnerable to fire (takes 50% more damage) and immune to cold. The snowman regenerates 3 hp/round as long as he is in contact with snow. The snowman can also gather snow from his body and use it to make a snowball. This snowball has a range increment of 20 feet and deals d4 damage. The snowman can throw 3 snowballs a round. The snowballs also deal d4 cold damage as they are embued with cold energy from the snowman
