The caster upon touching someone makes them able to swathe through time, but not as powerful as Haste. It confers to the target +4 to their initiative, a +1 haste bonus to Reflex saves for the duration of the spell as well as making their base movement increase by 5'.

I like this spell, but I think it is underpowered. With that short duration you unlikely to get much use of the Initiative bonus and the movement bonus is far less then expeditious retreat.

What about upping the duration to 1 Min/Lvl and giving it another minor bonus, like a +1 haste bonus to Reflex saves?
