The Weigh-Master seeks out deception and exposes it’s roots of corruption and takes the law into their own hands. The Weigh-Master is based highly on the idea of justice. They are very persuasive people and are ruthless with their interrogations.
Council of the Inquisitor is the internal organization in which all Weigh-Masters are beholden to. The Council of the Inquisitor is made up of the three guild masters and the high priest. Each major city in the Shining Wastes has a council, which is kept hidden from common citizens. The Weigh-Master is dispatched to root out corruption within the guilds.
Weigh-Master only adventure to seek out dishonesty in order to destroy it. There are some who will travel secretly with groups to investigate certain people or to hide their real intentions. Weigh-Master are very righteous characters.
The Weigh-Master is well versed in psychology and how to tell if people are lying or not. They too are very capable of deception, allowing them to search in depth, in disguise. The Weigh-Master are well trained in execution and able to defend themselves. Weigh-Master’s are often cold and heartless; relentless on their quest.
The Weigh-Master are usually Neutral Good. The Weigh-Master does not take any sides in an argument, only seeking out justice and truth, but do not abide by the law. Weigh-Master’s are vowed to stopping at dishonesty at every turn and, thus, are always good.
Weigh-Master's can follow any religion, though the Weigh-Master’s code must be observed at all times. If an Weigh-Master breaks the Weigh-Master’s code, then they lose all class skills. Weigh-Master’s normally come from societies in which the law requires a delicate balance and swift justice.
The Weigh-Master is generally human, or any one within the Guild system, as they demand to seek out the corruption in their own societies.
The Weigh-Master is a prestige class and can come from either a warrior or priest class that has an affiliation with the Guild. They are also very useful diplomats, a quick tongue with persuasive words.
The Weigh-Master’s Tool kit: A pouch; in it a set of instruments of torture. The instruments are powerful in the hands of an Weigh-Master and allow the user a +2 bonus on Gather Information through Interrogation. The damage caused by each instrument is 1d4 + Strength Modifier + Intelligence Modifier.
The Weigh-Master's Code:
1) Must seek out injustice without fail.
2) Forbidden from defying Justice.
3) If judgement is found impaired by deep emotions, they will be hunted.
4) Complete missions given to them by the Council of the Inquisitor. These missions are not optional.
5) Never permitted to leave any duties they are on until that duty is finished. Only the Council of the Inquisitor has permission to allow an Guild Inquisitor to abandon their mission and will do so only with a good excuse.
6) Must not willingly hit someone from behind without their permission.
7) Bound by honour and must fight an enemy face to face.
8) Not permitted to willingly allow others to do such acts either. If another does do such an act, the Weigh-Master must apprehend the culprit and try them for dishonorable attacks. That is, if they’re left alive.
9) Must go to any means to do justice as long as it does not conflict with the code.
10) Permitted to use any methods to interrogate and extract a confession from a suspect, though they are not permitted to use any methods of injustice.
11) Permitted only to wield a weapon that is one handed and is of a slashing type.
12) Must answer truthfully to any type of Law Enforcement in a settlement or city or otherwise populated area. An Inquisitor must not familiarize themselves , knowingly, with any dishonest character or a character who has done injustice, unless the Council has ordered it.

The Weigh-Master is based on Charisma and Strength. Their Charisma score gives them their quick tongue, interrogational skills and a higher bonus to attack. Strength is a useful ability to use, especially when slaying an enemy. Inquisitor’s also need to be clever, able to use information and root out the faleshoods.

Persuasive Interrogation: The Weigh-Master is a master of interrogation, especially extracting information through unorthodox methods. While using an Interrogator’s Kit, the Weigh-Master gains a bonus on Gather Information checks.
Mark of Justice: An Weigh-Master can put a mark on an enemy which signifies they have done justice wrong. The mark can be put on through a symbol of interrogation or through a strike with a weapon that causes slashing damage.
Justice Strike: A Justice Strike does additional damage to an enemy who has received Mark of Justice. The attack can be done only a number of times per day equal to the Charisma Modifier. On a critical hit, the additional damage is not multiplied.
Outer Eye: The Weigh-Master gains a thorough eye and are able to see through Illusions spells cast by a caster of lower level than the Guild Inquisitor’s level.
Inner Eye: The Weigh-Master gains an insight into attacks by expanding their mind.
Weapon of Truth: The Weigh-Master wields any edged weapon as though it is a +1 weapon and increases on higher levels.
Mark of Truth: With a successful hit on a weapon enchanted with Weapon of Truth, the Weigh-Master can mark a person the mark of truth. They must make a Will Save (DC 5 + Weigh-Master's level + Charisma Score), if failed, then they must tell the truth until the mark is removed. The Mark of Truth wears off after 24 hours.
Fearful Reputation: By 8th Level, the Weigh-Master has become well known by word of mouth, and their name strikes fear into the hearts of the dishonest. The Weigh-Master gains a bonus to Intimidate, Bluff and Gather Information checks.

Death Blow: Attacking anyone with a Mark of Death, the Weigh-Master can strike a death blow on the marked.
