Saving Throw: Fortitude (Negates)

Spell Resistance: Yes

By means of this spell the caster is able to steal another persons rest. The caster can, with a successful casting and touch, cause another creature to become exhausted, and steal that person’s vitality. The touched creature receives a fortitude save to shrug off the effects. If the save is failed, the caster receives the benefit of a full 8 hours sleep, while the victim suffers as if he had not slept in a like amount of time.

Sry if i sound noobish here....

So if the victim makes the fort save, does the effects on him go away and the caster? Or would the caster still recieve the vitality but the victim just wouldnt be tired?

If the victim makes the fort save, the spell fizzles with no effect. :)
