The Bar troll is a small ugly cousin of the typical troll found in the wilderness. He can always be found in the crudest bars, drinking the rankest liquor. The troll is usually dressed sloppily, and covered in spilled drinks and stale peanut shells. The smell of this creature is abysmal.

The bar troll will normally ask any who venture close to buy him a drink. If the person does not comply, the troll will begin to become aggravated. The troll will then begin slurring obscenities at the person and generally being a nuisance. If attacked the troll will attack back with a vicious, if not clumsy strike of his long nailed hand. Any hit by this will take 1D4 damage and must make a fortitude save (DC12) or suffer the effects of being inebriated (From the mass amounts of alcohol covering the troll’s claws).
Once per turn the troll may belch with the effects of a stinking cloud spell in a 10' radius. The troll if reduced to 0 HP will fall in to a comatose state resembling death for 2 hours. During this time the troll will regenerate 1hp / rd. When the troll awakes however he will remember none of what has happened.

The bar troll is a nuisance to say the least, but is usually tolerated in lower class bars due to his special dietary needs. These creatures normally hunt and live off the vermin that infect most lower class bars (Rats, mice, insects, etc...) and so the relationship between the bar troll and bar keep is a symbiotic one. The bar remains rodent free, and the troll gets a place to drink.
