Round 3: 2d4 damage, subject experiences blurred vision, and slurred language
Round 5: 3d4 damage, subject’s joints become swollen and painful (-2 to all attributes, -4 to all dice rolls)
Round 7: 4d4 damage, subject’s blood begins to boil causing massive internal injuries, bleeding eyes
Round 9 and up: 5d4 damage, subjects internal organs begin to rupture
The spell can be countered by a limited wish spell (Or similar magic) or (An opposed) dispel magic spell vs. the caster.
Material Component: A drop of acid that the caster must place on his finger. The acid will cause 1 point of damage to the caster.
If the subject takes damage that would cause him or her to die from the spell, their blood explodes from their body at the end of the spells duration. All within a 30’ radius must make a reflex save (DC13) or take 2d4 acid damage from the blood.
The spell was designed by Zared, a powerful necromancer. He had many enemies that he wished an extremely agonizing death. It is said that he spoke of the spell to his enemies before casting it…
“The first few minutes are to watch them squirm….”
