This is a new spell that I created...it's basically a reverse version of the spell Negative Energy Wave from Tome and Blood.
Positive Energy Wave
Necromancy
Level: Sor/Wiz 4
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 50 ft.
Effect: 50-ft.-radius burst, centered on you
Duration: Instantaneous (see text)
Saving Throw: Will negates (see text)
Spell Resistance: Yes
You release a silent burst of brilliant positive energy from your body.
You can affect up to 1d6 HD worth of undead creatures per level (maximum 15d6). Those closest to you are affected first; among equidistant undead creatures, weaker ones are affected first. The spell can have one of two effects, which you can select when you cast it.
Turned: The undead creatures flee from you as quickly as possible. This effect lasts for 1 minute.
Weakened: Undead creatures become easier to turn from this effect. They are treated as if they had 1d4 + your Charisma modifier (minimum +1) less HD. This effect lasts 10 rounds.
